The main components of an Aerocab Daycab are a roof, backwall, and an air ride kit.

The new roof will lie on top of your old roof above the front windshield, where the cab is still low/flat. You will very easily remove the part of the roof that slopes up to meet the old sleeper. This part of the conversion will add a few labor hours to the job but will be well worth the effort.

This Daycab Co. kit will give you 4" of additional room behind the seat compared to a factory day cab, while retaining the look of a factory day cab.

Kenworth Air Ride Kit
|
|
Daycab Co. offers a bolt on air ride kit that will save you time and money. You will reuse your sleeper shocks, airbag, air valve, and torque rod. This kit will install in a couple of hours.
If you are selling your sleeper, having the old hardware on it will increase the value.

Remember that we have a great tech support team that is here to answer any of your questions. Feel free to call.
Many factors affect the time required for installation. We believe 40 hours of labor is a reasonable expectation.
All daycab conversions will add more seat room or leave seat travel the same as sleeper truck specifications. |
